Anyone switched firms on H1B and I-140 approved? I am having issues obtaining I-140 approval document from EY.

My new firm needs the approval notice to port over the priority date. I haven’t let my current employer know yet since the transfer is not done. Its chicken and the egg situation. Any leads/ recommendations?

Should I complain to a firm's HR if the interviewers laughed at my answer during an interview?
