Anyone switched from Salesforce to ServiceNow consulting? I work for a large SI, spent nearly 7 hard years learning Salesforce CPQ, B2B Commerce and now getting into Data Cloud. I am Ok to learn ServiceNow. I currently advise enterprise customers on Salesforce landscape architecture, tech strategy etc - given that it will take me a few years at least to get to same competency in ServiceNow

Does the gap of one month will affect job opportunities or interview calls for IT jobs especially in current market scene?

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? This place is more focused on strict policies and not actually trying to work their employees and being flexible.

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.
