Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:
Should this be in writing in the offer letter?
How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

I went on mutiple round interviews with a firm. HR basically said they wanted a firm commitment after the 3rd round. I told them I was extremely interested and looking forward to seeing what the offer was but I couldn't speak in absolutes.
