Two part question:

1. What time do you wake up and go to sleep?

2. Any recommendations on how to regulate one's sleep schedule? I've been going to sleep between 1-2:30am. It's just really difficult to fall asleep and in turn, it's so hard to wake up in the morning and I'm exhausted during the day. It is hard to explain, but I'm tired enough and want to sleep at a decent time (between 10-11pm), but part of me is also very anxious and overwhelmed with having to restart a new day.

Is it just me or were the roads far worse yesterday than they usually are during a winter storm? Seems like there was no road salting ahead of time (at least where I was). I ended up being forced to run 2 red lights/convert to a right turn cause I couldn't stop (I was going less than 15 mph, didn't slam brakes, and have lots of winter driving experience).

If you were offered a role at a company where there was little to no diversity within the group you were interviewing for (not even at the level you were interviewing for, or at senior leadership level) would this be a red flag for you in terms of culture, & potential opportunities? Hi is it good to say that I already have an offer letter of one company(X) to another company(Y) to get better offer, I just got scolded by HR for this. also I lost the opportunity in Y.

HR scolded me regarding trust issues, time taken to interview a candidate, you will go and come back again to negotiate and what not, all I wanted to was just to improve my current offer.

Is it ethically wrong, or we should never share what offer we have to anyone.

I feel sad that I just lost an opportunity
