So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I am getting a little impatient with a recruiter who feels like she has been ghosting me. I need to make another decision with a company by tomorrow but have not heard back from this other company since I’ve interviewed last Monday. I updated her on my timeline and she hasn’t emailed me back. I have her number from when she initially called me. Would it be bad to just give her a call?

I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research. It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
