How do you wind down after a rough day?

Second year associate here who recently switched from litigation to corporate law. I am absolutely swamped while simultaneously having no idea what I’m doing ever and I’m feeling so burnt out. The partners are pretty great and feedback is constructive which I’m grateful for, but I’m so desperate for a compliment I’ve been saving any scrap of positivity in a folder 😭 it’s December 22 and I haven’t done my Christmas shopping because I don’t feel capable of thinking about it. I need a hug.

I am working as React Develpor in IBM ISL(India software Labs ) with decent WLB. Recently got an offer from EY GDS with 30 percent hike. Role : Senior Technical lead .
Being a married female, i am little bit concerned about WLB in long term.
I have heard in EY they tag you in more than 1 project.
How is the quality of work and team management .
Need some inputs , do give some insight.

Curious what anyone thinks about cologne? Is it a turn on? I am not really into it.. but I just got a whiff of this dude at the gym and the cologne did something to me 🥰 It was really subtle. Hey guys… I’m a case worker in child safety and I’m someone who loves being outdoors/dies at a desk all day. I’m hoping to organise that at least once a week I can go to a cafe and catch up on all my case notes that need to go into the system.

Got the outcome call from my interview with Amazon and the team moved on to another candidate but they want to show my resume to others hiring managers? Any tips ? Recruiter said I won't have to go through the full loop again but just a call with the hiring managers I am interested in.

Senior PM in healthcare IT, with my PMP. I have a promotion coming to Program Manager. What type of salary increase should I expect? I am sure they will lowball me, and I understand there is a wide range. I make 126k now. It’s a lot more work, and I want to make sure it’s worth it. Inflation alone should be a 9% raise 😑
