Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Has your firm restored your pay? Is it worth considering jumping to another firm that is going to pay you what you’re worth? Don’t know about the rest of you, by my student loan interest rates aren’t getting any lower.

How to check what is there in full and final settlement as they just sent the amount to my account...not any mail or anything to check.

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

How do i find out if I will be happier divorced or more unhappily staying married. 2 kids; 2 & 4 YO. They don’t hear the arguments after bed time and don’t understand the bruises yet but I know it’s just a matter of time. Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? Can you help me understand the PF deductions in Coforge CTC, Is it just the employers contribution ? And employees share will be deducted from Gross Monthly Salary?
Also about LTA , Can i opt out of it and get it as taxable amount?
