I have an offer as Technical Manager in Mindtree India . I have about 12 years of relevant experience in Java application development and mentoring and team leading. They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany ( already done with client interview). My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Is it the same like other MNCs - TCS , Infosys, HCL,Wipro etc? Or how much I can ask? Mindtree

I have use SNS for a few years now and they last me for 3 weeks and more. I work in a Hardware Store with plumbing and screw so you know they get really abused all the time. Acrylic didn’t last for me the 2 weeks
I am still licensed as a nail tech, even though I haven’t practiced in years. I tried the powder dip SNS back in December. And my nails were ruined for five months.
Gels the same thing.
I think we really need to see the containers and see that they are authorized and trained to do these nail treatments. All nail supply vendors have websites where you can see who is authorized and trained. I went to the SNS website, and this particular technicians business was not even listed.
Hm, I don’t know- for me personally, I don’t like how acrylics and gel damage my nails. They are already pretty thin and I find the artificial stuff makes them far worse. I’d love to have a more “professional” look but it’s not worth the damage to me. I do try to keep a clear coat on my nails and have them look otherwise groomed. It doesn’t stay on too well though- it’s normally chipping after only 2 days
It’s been so long since I’ve had acrylics so I can’t say for sure, but I do recall that they can break- rare, but possible from what I remember
I use gel for special occasions only otherwise, I paint at home because I don’t like how they get damaged and takes a few weeks to get back to normal
