Are Canadian Closed work permits transferrable? I am currently in India and haven't landed in Canada yet.. This visa was sponsored by my ex-employer.. Lets say if someone else is interested in hiring me, can they initiate permit transfer process? How simple or complicated this route is?

Tech Stack : python(django/flask), JS (react, emberjs), good hands on in AWS, Azure, terraform, ansible, githubCI, shell script etc, DB(MYSQL, ES, postgres, mongo), and custom toolings made internally.

My current CTC is 16.5 LPA (India) with 4+ YOE, product based.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I ASK FOR TORONTO LOCATION. CONSIDERING BY THE TIME I REACH THERE I WILL BE AROUND 5YOE?
