Yeah there are strategy roles but usually it's a mix of implementation as well. Hard to find just strategy roles though
Have you considered any Salesforce Architect jobs? You wouldn't be involved with implementation at all hardly, just creating high-level plans for implementations.
Presales can be an option. You help customers understand the product before purchasing, but you hand the baton to technical account managers and services for implementation after making your commissions
I was a strategy consultant and then had to pivot to pre -sales since I couldn’t find another way to get the job

Depends on what you mean by "strategy". Business strategy w/o implementation is basically exclusive to MBB firms at this point, and many prestigious "corporate strategy" roles in industry hire from ex-MBB, generally looking for MBA as well (particularly from an M7). If you're looking for "tech strategy", that can take on many flavors - enterprise architect, product owner, etc. Most other architect roles (solution, technical) will have some elements of strategy and some practical. Another potential path for "strategic" work is product management. IT/ops can be very "strategic" at VP levels and above.
