Are there any financial companies out there that are allowing employees to work in the office full time or Hybrid? I am not doing well in a WFH role, and my company keeps saying they are 'working on a solution' for more of us to go in, with no updates. Any suggestions for companies I should look at for a new role (preferably in the Philadelphia Metro area)?

How is the Thoughtworks working model?
1. Full time Work From Office.
2. Hybrid (how many days work from office are needed in a week or month?)
3. Completely Flexible (employees can work remotely as much as they want)

Any writers here working remotely full time? If so, how’d you manage to swing that? And is it hard to be a remote writer in pharma?

Hi, i am a QA with 9.5 years of experience. Tomorrow is my joining date in Wipro (got offer for my hometown Coimbatore itself with 30% hike but high in variablepay).
