Are there any major campaigns you have on deck that you’re excited to work on this summer?

For me, I want to get my teeth into a membership campaign for my organization. Even though membership is strong, I think there’s more we can be doing for that group to continue to push the numbers up.

I got feedback from my manager telling me that I should always have an opinion, which is very hard in group settings, esp. when people are talking about a topic unrelated to my module. Any thoughts ?

Do you drink or do anything wild at company holiday parties or events? I feel like as one of the only minority associates I have to be extra careful to stay professional. All my white coworkers can talk about is the open bar and how crazy everyone gets...true or false for your company?
