But I can’t afford too much of a pay cut and I want at least some upside growth too. The dream is 609-800k and have a life outside of sprints. Am I delusional or am I actually just missing out on a better way? 🙏🏼

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
