Is my relationship worth it? Met my SO of 3 years senior year of college. How do I ask for a role change? I currently work as a designer for a company and when I have down time I work on social media for the company. Work isn’t adding anything to my book. I want to make amazing stuff but clients, budgets & my creative director aren’t getting me there. & I can’t go to a new agency with a shitty book.
