Are there teams who get the flexibility of availing WFH once in a while?

There are many, you can also get the WFH whenever required. Even as per policy as well you can get wfh for a maximum period of 4 months in a year in exceptional cases, you can check and discuss with your manager.

The general trend is that most of the teams are following 2/3 days of wfo. There are not “many” who are getting wfh every second month. One should have a valid and strong reason to request for wfh.

I Really need your suggestions.

I have 6 yoe in dot net.
I have 2 year of work exp on a very small company where there is no pf and sometimes we do not get salary also but i learn a lot of things there.
Now 4 year in infosys bpm
Now tcs background verification team is asking for my bank details and uan / pf, i really dont have it.

I honestly told tcs background verification team that i dont have these details, but i gave them my PM number

WILL THEY REJECT ME ?
