With a recession around the corner - two questions:
1) will there be layoffs at Deloitte? My concern is we hired so much ppl this year.
2) will there be more work in org design? Just saw the Robinhood 9% workforce layoff announcement.

I got hired as a BA, at an advisory firm. Im new to the industry and new to the role. I see that every BA is different in different companies. Right now I’m building out SOP’S for our different departments, as well working with clients guiding them through our pipeline. I get to Analyze data every now and then to help make business decision, but there’s less emphasis on this. What tools or resources should I be utilizing to help myself grow and keep pushing. This company is young and growing.

Hi fellow 🌈 🐠- Looking for a therapist in Toronto. Can be virtual but would prefer to do sessions in person at some point with the same therapist for continuity. Any recos or resources on where to start the search? Bonus if they are LGBTQ or have experience/specialize within that community.
