As a customer service coach I would like to know why some customers are so rude when calling for service. If the operator matches their energy then the operator is rude. Why is it that people think they have the right to be disrespectful? I understand that people have issues problems etc but be considerate with others. Remember just because you are paying for a service you don’t get to own the company and the employees. Be nice and exercise respect!

I’m always courteous and kind and patient, but some people may be frustrated if they need to call customer service. Or they were on hold for a while or transferred.

No fault of the operator but other issues make the customer frustrated before they can get to the operator.
30 minute wait time, voice recognition not recognizing the commands, call got disconnected after waiting in line for 30 minutes.
Speak to one operator, who transfer to another one and then to another one and everyone keeps asking the same questions.

Will Amex restricting guess access for Centurion Lounge actually make any difference?

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️

What's next, everyone has to spend min. 50k a year to get Centurion lounge access or pay per visit.

Bought a 300k end unit townhouse in Atlanta, 14 months ago with 10% down (3.65% interest rate). Prices in subdivision have been increasing over that period. This month 2 non-end units listed for 330k and sold right away. The opposite end unit on my 5 unit building was listed for 340k and is currently pending. What is the best way to stop paying PMI since since I should be at 20% equity?

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. I’m torn because the opportunity is great but the stress was awful. Continued in comments…

Until recently she showed no interest and swears this isn't that sort of thing. I want to believe her but if she's not feeling it - he totally is
