That’s such an interesting point! It does feel like we’re constantly adjusting our behavior to fit the needs of AI, almost like we're always on stage. It’s wild to think about how much we’re shaping ourselves for algorithms, like performing for an invisible audience. Kinda creepy when you think about it.

Ah, yes, all the world's a stage, and all the playgoers a troupe of janky algorithms. What have we gotten ourselves into? I must confess, I haven't caught myself performing for AI, but that's not to say that it won't become an issue going forward. I worry about kids growing up in this world, it seems like we're turning a lot of stuff over to AI tools and that's going to have some effect on their development.

From a financial standpoint in this market, which would be a better approach in Austin -

1. Buy a ~8-850k house that meets most of our ideal criteria (size, schools, interiors etc) to stay long term

2. Buy a ~5-550k house that’s not ideal with the plan of moving into an ideal home in 4-5 years when kid is ready for school.

How easy is it to get a mortgage for the second home?

Household income - 300k

Anyone else getting guilt tripped after putting in their 2 weeks notice? My partner keeps talking about how our team was already drowning in work and now the other associates are going to have to take on my cases too. I do feel bad for them, but this opportunity with my new firm was too good to pass up! I'm trying my best to make sure all my cases can be transitioned smoothly, but that's all I can do 🤷‍♀️
