Can someone walk me through a provision
I am doing a poll of sorts. I got an offer from Deloitte as a Tax Consultant II in their Hedge Fund Group and an offer from PwC as an Experienced Associate in their Asset Wealth Management Group. Which one would you choose? Comps are very similar, PwC is just offering a little bit more but nothing too crazy. PwC Deloitte

In my market, I’d expect 100-120 for a senior Depending on what we’re talking about and how long you’ve been an associate vs senior. When I I was end of year 2 beginning of year 3 I interviewed and got an offer for 90.
Also: just to be aware, they will hook you with that big salary jump, but know that raises aren’t guaranteed like the big 4. Just food for thought
New York market by the way and I’m talking about associate 3 years and literally just made Senior with no busy seasons completed with the new title
I’d still expect 100-110 in nyc for first year senior. I’m in dc btw so generally you guys are about 2-5% ahead of us.
PwC2 if your raises aren't guaranteed you're underperforming or with the wrong firm.
PwC1 our raises are guaranteed? I don't think so.
*they are guaranteed to be within a range depending on performance. Some restrictions may apply.
