How to renegotiate with pwc for more fixed
Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

Whatever you mention in Resume , I expect you to know. Atleast a basic
I mainly assess candidates on the core concepts required for the role and verify whether they truly understand the skills and experience mentioned in their resume.
I believe interviews should focus more on selecting the right candidate rather than rejecting them, as the process requires significant time and effort from everyone involved.
When i was in PwC, I used to go by the JD. I don't expect someone to know everything, but if the candidate has strong knowledge of basics, he/she should be good enough.
Recently i was interviewing someone for an ML position. That candidate couldn't even tell what P-value is, he had no idea about bagging boosting. Instant rejection.
As an interviewer I check
1. if the basics are correct. Conceptual clarity rather than mugging up some random definition
2. For the experience has the person got the particular areas correct.
3. Willingness to learn and apply new skills
4. Is the experience fake or true and has got reasonable understanding if that industry/company/client
