I agree with all these steps, but I also plan for what I'll need on day one of my return. I usually make a checklist for then so when I'm back, I'm not scrambling trying to figure out what to do first.

You've already listed much of what's on mine. Making sure my team is prepared is #1, followed by emptying my inbox and setting my OOO. The other thing I always try to get done, time permitting, is prepping for any meetings or projects that will be awaiting me the week I get back. It makes the transition back from vacation to work mode much less stressful.
I get the same nervous feeling, but you've done everything you can and have to make your peace with that. They're professionals, after all. You should be able to count on them to hold things down until you get back, and I'm sure they will. Go enjoy your vacation!

I normally try to prep about a week in advance so I have time to get loose ends tied up, and hopefully have a bit of time for anything else crops up. All sort of merges together then so everything gets done.
I've done the important jobs and my tray is empty so I think I'm all ready. First annual leave this year!
