Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

While I was there, they used to offer stock options to candidates upto SSE roles and RSU starting LSE role. The package you mentioned seems much much higher than I know anyone who worked as SSE there and people become SSE in qualys with 3-4 years of work experience and they hire people as LSE with people above 6-7 years of work experience.
Ps : things might have changed now so do check with other new joinees too.
Yeah with this experience, you should definitely get LSE only. It would feel weird otherwise for having lesser seniority role and might also see a PSE being hired in team with less experience and less package too
I have confusion related with RSU price calculation. In one of the thread I saw that we are just getting price difference at the time of vesting the stocks but I feel it must be with stock options. It will be helpful if someone provide details.
That is for junior employees (Stock options)
For senior like Lead and above RSU's are given ( approx 10Lac + values)
Sure, thanks for providing details. Yes, they might offer LSE role as when process started they mentioned that there will be two technical rounds but in second round which was conducted by tech manager, mentioned that they will offer LSE role and arranged third round of interview. Interview invite for third round was having role as SSE, so little confusion on role they are offering. Will have to wait until any action from there side. Will post further details here

@oracle1 -- Qualys offered me 32 Fixed CTC + 10k rsu for 13 yr experience.
I felt that was low so rejected offer.
Could you please share salary range & rsu range ( from ur friends) for 13 yoe?
