Your concern for your family speaks well of you. Some of us have it easy, if we make a big change it affects only us. Having to think about the impact on others adds a whole extra level of concern. Perhaps start looking and see how it goes, if you can find something better for yourself it would also be better for your family.
Thank you I been thinking about it lot well looking at my baby and wife but im sitting down tonight with my wife well I will figure out and look she wants me out before it kills me and wants the best for us and the future 😁
I think that your wife and child will only benefit from you being in a healthier more supportive company. How you feel affects how they feel and vice versa, so I think being in a role where you feel appreciated will also make you a better dad and husband. Nobody wants to head home at the end of the day after feeling unappreciated all day.

Please try to find a job before quitting. You don’t want to be without any money with a baby in the house if you can help it! I think you should look for something new and try and apply and see if you can get that new job.
