At Brazosport ISD they have serious concerns in leadership. It's the buddy system. It's a family-based district. It isn't concerned about the kids. The superintendent told a black teacher in front of the staff, he was promoted for his "ancestors." While they protected several sexual predators, alcoholics & a racist staff. It a great district for white teachers. I am a white teacher couldn't stand by & watch friends that cared about the kids continue to leave while they hire more friends.

I am one point away from passing edTPA but can't resubmit now that schools are closed. What other ways are there to get my license???
