First of all, I wouldn't read a lot into a company's website. What you're seeing may have more to do with what the designer of the site thought was appropriate. Thinking about it, most company sites I've seen in recent years usually had an "about us" page with leadership and also photos of the workplace and so on. You can pick up on some things, for instance seeing how people in the office dress can be interesting. I wouldn't think showing the leadership with the usual headshots and bios means there's a rigid hierarchy. That's just basic for a website.
I have never seen this. The rules usually go into areas in the company like technology, operations, etc. It’s not leadership versus non-leadership. Can you give us a hint as to what that company’s name is?
I always value a company that showcases the type of leadership roles that they’re working with along with the personality types of the people that they’re trying to have in the company,, I would never want to be a part of a business that doesn’t appreciate what I bring to the company and I’m it would go the other way around as well !!!;)
That sounds good
