I joined a new team and have noticed something off with my Director over the last months (slurring speech, no show to calls or even full days of work). Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?

With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? For example, the question “design a podcasting app for truck drivers.” What types of truck drivers can I select so that I can prioritize a user group to focus on and begin identification of pain points and solutions?

I've been job hunting for a while now, and have yet to secure anything. I've made it through to the writing test a few times but haven't succeeded. I know I have the skill, but I struggle to even get an interview at most places. I'm pretty new out of college, but I'm in Atlanta and I feel like there aren't tons of entry-level positions in the area. Any tips for a new professional?
