Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Personally, I don't unless I know it's likely I will see those people again. I don't think there's any point investing time in someone you may only meet once, but sometimes taking that extra step is what helps to open opportunities!

Yes, I feel like all these people can easily move around and end up being your boss
As you progress, it becomes important to establish yourself within a company. Even if you make small talk it helps in your soft skills if a variety of people know your name and look favorably on you. You don't need to be a sycophant, but it's useful if you feel comfortable and at ease and they remember your name.
It will help if they need to think of someone in your position and your name is one they think of.
Take the opportunities to be social, to help out, it's beneficial to be engaged as an employee. If you are genuinely interested in your career then there isn't any difference between being genuine and "playing the game"
