I’m trying “whole 30” for a week.. just to try it out. I’m on my first day, and I already feel sugar withdrawals symptoms. Any recommendations on how to deal with that and stay motivated?

I am looking at earning certifications to make a transition to cloud consulting next year. What are good certifications to have? I have access to udemy. Should I look to get a few in azure, aws, google etc. or get a lot in one of them.

I am currently looking for a mentor and not sure the best way to approach finding one. Any advice?

Thoughts on recording meetings. In Texas and have ADHD. I’ve been recording internal meetings for the past couple of weeks and my work product has improved exponentially. I’m able to go back and listen to the directions over again. In law school I had a note that gave me permission to do this. Is this taboo in a firm?

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Hello!! I’m starting a new job on February 1st and will also be going through the remote onboarding. I finally got the official “pass” from my background check yesterday.
