Back in the day Accenture used to publish salary tables with detailed service and zone information for each level. Transparency promotes equity. Now a people lead doesn’t even get information on salary zones for their team members. The ranges on job postings are at least $80k at my level. Why the move to less and less transparency? Accenture is moving the opposite direction of forward-looking companies.

Just curious to how my firms (wealth management/bank/trust) comp compares with others out there. I received a promotion earlier this year from an Investment Advisor, AVP to Senior Investment Advisor, VP and moved from $110K to $140K ($130 salary + $10K discretionary bonus) all in. By meeting expectations in 2 pay cycles, the base bumps up to $175K + bonus. Grown in this role over about 10 years with the same firm, MBA + CFA; top 10 city and living comfortably as dual income household.
