I’m currently a quality control analyst in the biopharma/gene therapy field making 72k base in the Houston area. I’ve been working here for 2 years and my company is well established and the job is easy, but I honestly just want higher pay. I see companies (smaller and larger) that potentially can give me that but would it be worth it? I’m having a hard time finding out what opportunities/paths I can take and what amount of $ would be worth moving jobs for. Any insight is appreciated!

Is ServiceNow flexible with being completely remote for most roles?

What's the differences between working at ServiceNow Global Elite partners like Deloitte, DXC, IBM, KPMG versus Elite partners like GlideFast, Infosys, Cognizant, Thirdera, Crossfuze, Highmetric, etc.? Do you feel being treated like a person at smaller companies (Elite partners) rather than just a number at bigger companies (Global Elite)? Do smaller fishes (Elite) lose more big contracts to big fishes (Global Elite)? I'm considering a change and don't know which companies to choose.

Current job: senior ServiceNow consultant , just got raised, mid to big consulting firm, mostly government job, opportunities to become manager

One of my former client ask me if I would join them as contractor for around 160-165k
Job offer: 2 year contract each year has a chance to turn full time, with benefit , mortgage insurance company

What would you choose and what else would you consider?

So I'm new to IT field and got only 1 year experience in automation testing using Tosca, I got training in java and selenium and I studied selenium myself in free time to learn more in testing, I'm thinking to make a switch next year. How much of a pay raise should I expect? And can I get referrals for QA engineers from companies like Accenture or TCS or other big tech companies? I'm hoping to make some money and really get the word out there about my business during the holiday season. Is it a good idea to participate in farmers' markets/holiday markets if you have a small amount of inventory right now but want to get the word out? Or should I just focus on marketing and creating more (I sell seasoned salts, herbs, jams, and preserves + occasionally fresh bread or baked goods) until I'm ready for more orders?
