I left the 3rd day of orientation you can tell when a job is going to be toxic

I feel the same. I’ve seen enough to the point where I don’t even look for the red flags, they are apparent right away. I would give it a few months, I guess that’s the optimism in me
6 months

That’s fair time to give an assessment
Chances are it wont change, stay as long as you need but if you are able to comfortably leave or find a new job that'd be a good idea. From experience a bad work environment is rare to change as it would have by now.

Bingo! If it could change, it would have already. Imagine someone who genuinely wants a positive work environment…they instantly recognize that it’s not and don’t want to be there. All toxicity is not created equal, but it’s all toxic nonetheless. I’ve learned that it usually stems from employees and managers who allow it, or managers who create the conditions for it themselves. Walking into this and trying to change it is nearly impossible
Hi, well you have to give it a few months. I agree with someone who just said six months to see if anything is going to change. Nothing is going to change immediately no matter what you’re trying to do to make the environment better. If you’re just trying to make it bearable only for yourself then it’s not truly going to improve the work environment. Now if the changes being made are for all that work there you have to give it time to catch on. Also as a new employee your co workers don’t know you well enough until a few months in to support any positive changes.
