In fact many people do not get ready to work for it for the same reason as a vendor or even not ready to join as full time employee.

Will I seem like a jerk and risk being able to boomerang if I put in notice before big audit client? I won’t know I got the job until 2 weeks before then and new job would start when the audit starts.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.
