Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it…. My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

Ghosting after on-site interviews is despicable. Recruiting has been a part of my job for years in addition to resourcing & project management, and I would always manage to reply emails.
