Been studying M & A really want to break into the field. Outside of studying how should I start? I've already reached out to local firms for internship/entry opps. Looking for multiple contract management courses; have worked as a contractor for over 10 years with Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator experience so I'm "worked training in contracts" 20 years of WE. What else should I do?

This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.

I’ve been on the bench with less than 10% utilization for 3wks now. I’m a first year and the past month has been slower with not many new projects coming in.
