So now this is 4 ( these are all zoom and in same day in 10 days or so, meeting with Sr. Director, Director, and VP of group), assuming people i’d be working with. Does this sound like the final round? After these interviews we will be approaching the 2 month mark. Anyways, very excited about potential opportunity but would LOVE some insight.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.

There is this big bank where I'd love to work at, and after several interviews for various positions they end up promoting someone from within, even thou I understand it and think it’s good they promote their people, it left me feeling like I'm just being used to comply with the process.
