I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I have been a PA for 5 years. Lots of pros and cons. Are their PA schools in Canada? School is insanely expensive. It’s difficult to get out of debt with the higher paying US job, so I would be cautious of taking on that much debt and then taking a lower paid position. PA school is going to cost you at least $100k in tuition alone. You cannot work while in PA school, (most schools make this a rule) so expect to incur at least another 50k in living expenses. $150k would be a low estimate for debt. And this is just for PA school, not including undergrad cost. You must have a bachelors before entering Pa school, so I would suggest obtaining a bachelors that would offer you a stable job in case you change your mind, such as nursing!
