Being in people management is cool, until you have to DEAL with the people lol.

Dealing with a situation now where someone on my team is leaning on privilege to not do or stall on work being done and it’s getting frustrating. What’s worse is he’s a white male and I KNOW a Black person would not get away with this behavior. I’m going to start with HR because our boss isn’t helping deal with this issue.

Have you ever had a challenge with someone on your team who does not report to you?

I am a SAP developer with around 10+ yrs of exp. I want to move into product management, can anyone here guide me how to make that shift , what all skills I need to learn , do I need to have some certification from any B school ?

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview?
