Yes it impact your career. In last 1 year you already switched 3 companies. Its okay as your career is just started but this will cause issues in future.
First documentation is hectic.
Second many companies will find it difficult to trust you.
Third you are not gaining any experience as such if you switch so frequently.
Now if you want to switch then join the company where you can spend minimum 2 years.

Don’t get offended if someone says you are switching frequently. Its a job of interviewer to ask you questions. You can prepare a good answer to tackle this. Rest i dont see any issue.

Yes switch until you get better project and learning but yes staying atleast 2 years can get companies big profits by billing
So they think that you leave with in months as if you got project then they need to give kt and if you move them it is a big loss to org client as they need to look for new fellow from scratch or on bench free pay
