22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. I selected new tax regime in the company 'xyz' portal for April 2021-March 2022. I left this company in jan 2022 and tax of 16k got deducted from F&F settlement.

I have investment in EPF and submitted the rent receipts to the company for tax exception for HRA. But in F&F, based on new regime tax deducted.

During filing ITR for assessment year 2022-2023, can I file by selecting old regime and get this 16k return?

Pre-approved for a home but the rate lock expired and now we have to re apply. My husband lets me know his credit score dropped 111 points because of credit card utilization. How acceptable is it to customize role title on resume? As in, if its okay to say “Product Manager and Consultant” / “Product Management Consultant” vs official tittle of just Consultant? 4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

I’ve been proposed an exit as Product Owner at a real company, not a consulting one. Staff seems nice, good culture, good salary (less than consulting but well), BUT I would have to move countries for that job and start a new life.

I’ve also been proposed a Manager position at a consulting company in my home city, with potential of bigger salary thanks to bonuses. Culture seems good... But I’m sure it’s gonna be a hell lot of work.

Which one would you take? Should I exit and never look back?
