I think I’d go to Haas. Not a huge amount of separation between those programs. West Coast climate considerably more pleasant than Cambridge. Berkeley broadly going to be a better experience than MIT.
But - I’d consider where you want to live after school. If you’re hellbent on New England than MIT is the clear choice.
50k is a lot tbh - covers housing or at least portion of it. Having a scholarship on the CV looks good too
Principle 1 you’re reciting the “M7” philosophy so prevalent on this bowl. In the real world hiring partners just don’t care. They may care if you go to the same M7 as them, and they absolutely care about the quality of your academic institutions, but there is no discernible difference between 7 and 8.
I’m probably one of the more academically focused hirers too FWIW. Two candidates w identical resumes from top 10ish schools and my next check is undergrad school and GPA. Tells you a lot more.

This all comes down to how much that 50K is worth to you. It’s not a whole lot in the grand scheme of things when you consider post MBA comp, so I would honestly go to MIT. MIT always felt like a better version of Haas to me when it comes down to focus areas and outcomes, obviously ignoring the fact they are on opposite sides of the country and are public vs private creating very different actual experiences

Agreed on the "how much the $50K scholarship means to you" perspective. Finances aside, go where the recruiting prospects and alumni network are stronger. Those are the most important criteria. Haas' culture is great though.
Scholarship students' success with recruiting vary, like the non-scholarship student body. A scholarship looks great on a resume, but if you got into MIT, then you most likely have a strong resume already, and there are chances at school to win awards/scholarships.
MIT has a much better brand, Berkeley more fun and better on west coast but not by much.
Haas is a tier 3

1.5 - Wharton
2- MIT, Booth, Kellogg, Columbia (debatable?)
Rest are a fairly big drop down, with Tuck, Haas, etc being near the top.
That said MBA is kind of a meaningless degree anyway so… eh
