Agreed on missed opportunity. You have two huge talent in your commercial, this could’ve been executed much more creatively. Jonahs amazing at improv, he should’ve been involved with writing the spot IMO.

Thought it was quite fun, personally.

Agree with best and missed opportunity. Worst was tie between secret and hard rock.

Those were both a complete trainwreck

Worst? Come on.

Okay was a horror show.

Can I follow your format and post a thread?

I'm more interested to know other's opinion than mine.

Was the coke energy done in house? I know anomaly was working on something for them a year ago and they resigned the account because the client was so heinous.

Ah NYC. Apologies.

Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. The recruiter mentioned that since I am a contractor my current salary is incomparable as they will provide benefits, etc. Is this true? I have 2 yrs of contracting HR exp from fortunate 500 co’s & OMW to get my SHRM-CP. Appreciate your advice in advance.

New to investing, but want to make sure I'm doing this correctly. I've maxed out my 401K and am looking to open an IRA. I know everyone recommends backdooring this into a Roth IRA, but if my plan is to move/retire to a state with no state income tax, wouldn't traditional make more sense? Or am I overthinking this? Also, if I go the backdoor route, how do I make sure I don't get taxed again, when i convert to a Roth? Thanks in advance!

Are HOAs and property taxes a thing in London? Debating a job btwn nyc and London and while at first glance nyc looks better money wise, housing seems so so much more expensive if buying. HOA plus property taxes add thousands to the mortgage. Wondering how that looks like in London. Can’t find anything but initial stamp tax in whicb case the pay delta is narrowing…

Hope to learn more if you bought an apt in Manhattan, or if you decided against it (renting/moving to upstate/Long Island/Jersey). My husband and I are considering to have a baby soon and are thinking of buying and living in Manhattan for the next 10 years or so (looking at property under $2M). Please share what you considered as you were making the decision - I hate throwing away rent but also don’t want to trap ourselves in significant financial obligations. Thanks!

Starting application process to FAANG and other tech firms. For those who have recruited, what’s the end-to-end timeframe? Trying to see when to start the process if my goal is to leave by end of October. I also will be able to get referrals from google, fb, and amazon, not sure if that speeds up the process . Thank you

What pays more at entry level, FAANG biz ops or MBB? What about at the next level (after 2 YOE or so)?
