Wow…covid is really over. I live in a rural area where we knew covid was happening but it never really impacted the community or daily life. However when I’d go into the city it was very very obvious there were huge life impacts and fear. I just went into the city for the first time in about 3 months and it’s like covid never happened. It makes me wonder how many other things that have drastically changed (like wfh and hand sanitizer) will go back to normal as people go back to normal.

My question is, I have identified a certain range that I feel better aligns with with current expectations, along with the addition of more responsibilities and expectations. When communicating that, should I I provide my highest expectation and negotiate from there?

My concern is, if I provide a range, they might just go with the lowest of the range.

A serious question and need your help. I rented a parking spot from someone and it was agreed that there would be no car that would be parked in my spot. We have a signed agreement as well. Well, it’s officially cold here in the NE. Parked my bike, pulled the battery and put it on a trickle charger. Until spring 2021.... 😔😔😔

After the 10/15 deadline (Tax), so excited to get on my Tuono and ride for hours. Have been working every weekend for months now with very little riding. TIME TO RIDE!!!

Through periods of unemployment, I took a couple years to travel around the country. If anyone gets laid off during these rough times, try to take advantage of the situation to make some memories.
