I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Due to Covid 19 I took job back in Civil sector even though I have a masters degree in WRE. It's been almost 6 months of constant applying and rejection and still I'm nowhere close to a job in my dream branch which is the Water sector.Im hopeful that through this portal I may find an entry level position in water

I used to work in programmatic at Dentsu too. Most of my colleagues went pub side and have a much better WLB.
Try us
Client side, ad tech/platform side, pub sales side all come to mind.
Jump ship to ad tech (dsp, ssp etc). The WLB has been great for me

I was at dentsu before I came to the client side. It's "corporate" but a lot of the team also came from agencies and it's a great WLB. Especially since it's mostly remote. I go in the office maybe once a month depending on meetings
I see, yeah I am trying to find something new asap that’s why I asked.
Sales is a nice transition. Having an executional background is invaluable when speaking with agencies, and you will run circles around many client direct partnerships.
