3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying. Does anyone use Universal Local Campaigns? A client wants supplemental support for specific locations. I’ve never run a ULC campaign targeting a single location - any idea if this would compete with our existing campaigns targeting the same locations (we run campaigns targeting location groups by region)?
