Yeah. No fees and you get points for paying rent. Only downside is that it’s managed by Wells Fargo and you only accrue points if you hit a monthly 5 transaction minimum.

Great transfer partners too. No brainer IMO, set it and forget it.

How do you check if your apartment will let you pay with it? Is it as simple as any apartment letting you pay rent with credit card?

Also, I believe, typically apartments charge for credit card - is the benefit still worth it?

Any apartment that lets you pay via ACH will work. No fee attached

Wells Fargo effectively opens a bank account that pays your rent, and then whatever they pay with that bank account shows up as a line item on your Bilt credit card statement
