Bosnia is gorgeous - recommend Sarajevo and Mostar. If you have a full week you could also explore parts of Croatia near the border.
Ok I think it's decided then
I went to Albania for a week. Honestly not much to see there. We stayed in Tirana and Vlore. Was just OK. Went in April and was still cold. March would be colder so beach scene hasn’t started yet at all. You could go for the nature if that’s your thing. Beautiful scenic drives up the mountains.
I spent a week near Tirana as well, similar sentiment.
Durres is supposed to be better - but requires a bit of travel to the coast, which can be done by bus easily enough.
Personally I want to visit them all but I’d start with Morocco for the food alone.

Morocco seemed mid but you only went to a resort and didn’t explore outside of it? Lol

Armenia or Georgia way more interesting culturally an historically
Maybe biased because I’m Albanian but I’ve visited every Balkan country. Go to Albania, there’s not much in Bosnia. Late March weather will be great and you have plenty of days to mix city, mountain, beach, anything..

Lads trip? Bosnia or Albania.
Morocco would make for a great trip but likely not what you’re going for on a lads trip
Nah we not doing a party or anything just exploring the city and mainly looking for good cheap food
