By when does everyone have their dinners? I've been guilty of having pretty late ones (10-11 PM) and I think it's the reason I feel so sluggish right after I wake up. It's really hard to eat before 10 for me because it's already 7:45 PM by the time I get home. Then there are all these little things to tend to before I have the time to sit down and eat. How do you all manage time better to get dinner in earlier?

I have dinner by 8 PM every day and I started that habit ever since I started to intermittent fast. My eating window is 12-8. I had to be pretty strict about and honestly, on certain days that I couldn't get a proper meal in before 8, I'd eat whatever I can and wait till the next day. You don't have to be that strict with yourself, I'm just sharing how I built the habit for myself. Now my body automatically shuts down digestion post 8 PM and I feel no hunger. It's done wonders for my energy levels and general mood when I wake up the next day.

I eat dinner by 9 PM every day. I come from a typical white family who has their dinner at 6, but I couldn't carry forward the tradition into mine and my family's lives.

We eat dinner at 5:30, I usually have a healthy snack around 8. We meal prep Sundays so all we do during the week is grab a Pyrex container and heat it up

I go to the gym pretty late (7:30-9:30ish), and I typically eat after. I do a big high protein breakfast, and I’ve switched to doing a larger late lunch recently and my post gym “dinner” is now something small & easy to digest.

It’s made it a lot easier for me - plus, I was tired of doing dishes after already being exhausted

Title on here is out of date but I’ve got over ten years agency experience as a digital producer, highest level being EP and then Executive Director. Feeing underpaid compared to what I hear about client side (current base 110k, 15% bonus + commission)

I’d love to shift to client side as EP or Program Manager and looking for advice on best way to get my foot in the door.

Feels like I’ve got the same experience as those in the roles but submitting an application thru sites is like shouting in
