December 2019, I had approx. 300k (USD) in my savings account. Before Covid I bought property (partly with Bank Loan) and the amount reduced significantly. During Covid, I received a huge paycut and had to use part of my savings as my monthly expenses. Fast forward - June 2021. My salary is back to normal, 0k savings and I am starting my Masters Degree in another continent from September 2021 with only 66k in my account. Will I ever be able to rebuild my savings again..? So i have been giving interviews from 2 months have 2 offers,2 are from some startups which i'm not considering,
Two offers which are worth mentioning are from UIPATH SDE-2, OYO WDE-2 Each offer has problm associated with it
UIPATH SDE-2 : Offer compensation wise is way too good, now problem is they only work in c# and angular and i don't want to on it as i work on node.js , java ,react etc
OYO WDE-2 : The work is frntend heavy & i'm a fullstack ,so confused should i change my role.Plz Suggest

In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

One of my friend got offer from tcs last nov, he accepted the offer initially but did not joined. He mailed them officially before the joining date that was not joining.
