As a TCSer, it's not a good fit for freshers imo. They will provide basic ILP training for you which will be nowhere near the actual work in projects. If you are lucky you might get a good project but if not you will be working in a legacy project which has no real value. For learning they have udemy access and ievolve courses which are good for theory but not hands on. work culture is not great...lots of pressure, politics etc. You will be expected to know everything from day 1..tho if you have good seniors you can manage. Work culture totally depends on your project and team. My suggestion will be join CTS or Accenture as they have lots of good new gen projects as compared to TCS. Consider TCS as your last option. All the best.
