I am currently interviewing with Microsoft for Product Manager Role and have completed 3 rounds.

I am unaware of the 3rd round results as HR is OOO and has some medical Emergency at home. What should I do now ? I am getting nervous day by day.

Also what will be the Salary range for a Product Manager at Microsoft

I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

I have two offers with TCS and HCL as below

TCS - 24LPA (including 80k retention bonus + 1.6L Monthly VP + 2L Quartly VP)

HCL - 28LPA(1.4L Monthly VP and 2.8L Yearly VP)

HCL mentioned as base location is banglore but can work in Chennai.

Any advice of which offer to prefer.
